Fabulous pool area!

room was spacious.staff very accomodating and always at hand to assist.location excellent being next to black sand beach.

I greatly enjoyed the hotel, its good value for money room and really polite staff. The service was absolutely great! The property had indeed an unbeatable location close enough to the main tourist area to be convenient.

Had a blast with my friends! The gardens were beautiful, and we enjoyed the luxurious pool. We took a day trip to visit waterfalls and dolphin watching, both were amazing experiences. Breakfast was plentiful, and we had a great time relaxing and dining near the beach. Friendly staff made it even better!

One downside was the lack of a safe in the room, made us a bit uneasy about securing our belongings .

The breakfast we ordered was fresh made and scrumptious with fried rice or noodle, eggs cooked to order plus noodle...

Enjoyed the place, had an enjoyable stay with a nice service. The location close to the beach was excellent. A local market and local markets were right next door...

Serene beachfront location for relaxation and tranquility.

My overall experience was marred by several disappointments. The room I was given vastly differed from what was illustrated on the website. It felt cramped, lacked an outdoor bathroom as advertised, and the shower left everything wet. The restaurant's limited menu and inconsistent food quality drove us to order takeout more often than not, a letdown considering the lovely surroundings.

Breakfast o.k. WLAN for free but not working in every room. WLAN in restaurant and at pool o.k. Driver recommended by hotel was very good.

Aircon quite loud. Towels did not really look clean. A bit far away from downtown Lovina.

The hotel has a fine ocean view, especially at sunset. The large pool area is well maintained and offers a relaxing ambiance. Staff members provided friendly service, assisting with organizing tours and activities like snorkeling. My room wassuper clean and cozy, with effective air conditioning and good Wi-Fi. I faced issues with the bathroom. The tub had a clogged drain that resulted in water pooling during my shower. The outdoor bathroom design didn't appeal to me due to the presence of bugs. The breakfast offered limited variety. I would have appreciated more hot food options. Even with these issues, the overall setting and helpfulness of the staff.

The Hotel is grossly overpriced. Would not go there again, if you want to go to Lovinafind a nice place upon arrival instead.. We left after two nights instead of the three we had booked.

Comfortable room, good breakfast, great amenities including free Wi-Fi and beach access made my stay very enjoyable.

Absolutely satisfied

This hotel is wonderful and fairly clean, has attentive staff and magnificent location near the ocean. The superior twin room overlooks the ocean and includes coffee and tea making equipment, and refrigerators. The outdoor restaurant with many food and beverages choices is what you need. Good service and the food is tasty. Also, they offer parking on site.

- directly at the beach (great view, but not a comfortable beach to swim or sunbathe) - very nice pool - friendly staff - walking distance (10min) to 'centre' of Lovina with restaurants and bars

- breakfast is ok, but lunch/dinner food quality is bad - rooms are old, run down, badly maintained (shameful at this rate) - the gym is a joke - all in all not so good value for money

Couldn't recommend more for a weekend jaunt.

Spacious room, charming ambiance, with well-maintained gardens that offer a relaxing atmosphere. The staff were great, always available to assist, and I enjoyed the convenience of free wi-fi in the public areas , made staying connected hassle-free.
